These Terms of Use govern your use of metrotradesny.com (the “Site”), operated by Metro Trades of New York (“Metro Trades”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

The Site describes our global trade, sourcing and trade-finance services for general information. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a binding quote or a commitment to supply any product. Prices, availability, specifications and transit times are confirmed only in a written agreement.

2. No professional advice

Content on the Site is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Please consult your own advisers before making business decisions.

3. Transactions

Any trade, sourcing or financing operation is governed exclusively by the separate written contracts signed for that operation (including the applicable Incoterms, payment instruments and inspection terms). These Terms of Use do not create any obligation to enter into a transaction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens our systems, or using it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, logos and the “Metro Trades of New York” name and marks belong to Metro Trades or its licensors. You may view and share the Site for legitimate business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content or marks without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

The Site links to or uses third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Fonts. We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metro Trades will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
